• Coordinate buyer and seller property showings across Mill Creek, South Everett, and Snohomish
• Support licensed agents with scheduling, preparation, and professional client communication
• Provide prompt showing feedback and help refine client search criteria
• Generate and follow up on leads and showing opportunities using team systems
• Participate in training, mentorship, team meetings, and coaching
• Deliver a reliable, client-first experience while building a real estate career

Licensed real estate agent or actively pursuing a Washington real estate license

Strong interest in serving buyers and sellers in the Mill Creek, South Everett, and Snohomish corridor

Reliable transportation and availability for in-person showings

Professional, responsive, and comfortable communicating with clients and team members

Coachability and commitment to training, mentorship, and accountability

Positive, service-minded attitude and willingness to build a career through commission-only compensation
