What You’ll Do:

• Conduct home showings for pre-qualified buyers (appointments provided)
• Receive hands-on training and mentorship from top producers closing 50+ deals annually
• Manage daily client communications with professionalism and responsiveness
• Participate in daily team meetings, use proven scripts, and maintain consistent follow-up
• Deliver exceptional service while sharpening your skills, efficiency, and confidence

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
• Passionate about real estate, personal growth, and professional excellence
• Energetic, client-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
• Coachable, reliable, and fully committed to a full-time real estate career
• Motivated to build a career that’s about more than just a paycheck

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
