As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex, we operate from a cutting-edge office space and maintain one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, generating over 10 million monthly views on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and manage transaction coordination for our agents
• 🏡 Handle listing management, update MLS information, coordinate signage, and arrange photography sessions
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organize showings, inspections, and closing appointments with precision
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives by creating social media content, managing email campaigns, and maintaining the CRM database

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
