Responsibilities

• Show properties to pre-qualified buyers through scheduled appointments
• Learn from experienced top producers who complete more than 50 transactions annually
• Respond to clients promptly, professionally, and consistently
• Participate in daily team meetings, follow proven scripts, and maintain dependable follow-up
• Deliver exceptional client service while building confidence, efficiency, and market knowledge

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active real estate license or is currently pursuing licensure
• Passionate about real estate, personal growth, and reaching professional goals
• Energetic, service-oriented, and capable of succeeding in a demanding environment
• Reliable, open to coaching, and serious about building a full-time real estate career
• Motivated to create a lasting, meaningful career rather than simply earn a paycheck

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
