1. Assist our real estate agents in coordinating and conducting property showings for potential buyers
2. Accompany clients to property showings, providing them with relevant information and answering any questions they may have.
3. Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ personal criteria
4. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
5. Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
6. Participate in team activities per team standards
7. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
8. Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate market, industry practices, and emerging trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Genuine enthusiasm for real estate and a strong desire to pursue a successful career in the industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new processes, tools, and industry advancements.
• Proficient in utilizing technology and software tools commonly used in real estate, such as MLS platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• High school graduate
• Valid WA real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)
