Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to build a strong foundation in real estate principles and company procedures.
- Collaborate closely with sales agents to effectively guide their clients through property showings, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
- Provide comprehensive, written feedback after each showing to help confirm or adjust clients’ home search criteria, enhancing the overall home-buying process.
- Draft, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients, advocating for the best possible terms and outcomes.
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to proactive lead generation activities to expand the client base and support team growth.
- Actively engage in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team standards to continuously improve communication and sales techniques.
- Participate fully in all team activities and meetings as required, fostering collaboration and maintaining alignment with team goals and culture.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by attending weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all tasks and activities by utilizing PLACE Technology, ensuring transparency and efficient workflow management.

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
