- Leading serious buyers on home tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Establishing yourself as the trusted agent buyers rely on when ready to purchase

- Gaining hands-on experience from top-performing agents who consistently close deals
- Committing to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, when deals often come together
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Virginia real estate license and confidence in actively utilizing it
- Reliable transportation and thorough knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Strong tech skills and the ability to respond quickly
- Genuine eagerness to learn from industry leaders
- A competitive mindset paired with relentless determination to succeed
- Ability to work independently and tackle challenges proactively

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
