Primary Responsibilities:
- Escorting committed buyers on property tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Establishing yourself as the trusted agent buyers depend on for their home purchases
- Growing your personal network while proudly representing our dynamic team
- Gaining valuable insights from top-producing agents who consistently close transactions
- Maintaining availability during evenings and weekends when deals often finalize

- Licensed real estate professional in Virginia with confidence in your expertise
- Dependable transportation and strong knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Tech-savvy with prompt and clear communication skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
