- Licensed real estate professional in Virginia with confidence in your skills
- Reliable transportation and deep familiarity with Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Tech-savvy with strong, timely communication abilities

- Driven, resilient, and ready to excel in a competitive environment
- Self-starter who works independently and proactively tackles challenges
Overview: This position is ideal for those eager to gain hands-on experience from seasoned professionals and take charge of their career in Northern Virginia’s real estate scene. It offers a chance to embrace challenges and achieve remarkable success.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
