Your Core Duties:

• Leading committed buyers on property tours throughout Northern Virginia
• Establishing yourself as the dependable agent buyers trust for their home purchases
• Growing your personal network while proudly representing our dynamic team
• Gaining hands-on experience from agents who consistently close deals
• Being available for evening and weekend hours when transactions often finalize

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and is confident in applying it
• Reliable transportation and strong knowledge of Northern Virginia communities
• Comfortable with technology and quick to respond to inquiries
• Eager to learn from top producers and improve continuously
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and overcome challenges
• Capable of working independently and tackling problems proactively

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
