Position Overview:
As one of Northern Virginia’s fastest-growing teams, we close over 50 transactions annually and attract more than 10 million monthly views across our digital channels. With the launch of Zillow Flex, we’re eager to add a showing agent who can keep pace with our rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for qualified buyers throughout Northern Virginia
- Build a reputation as a dependable and trusted agent for potential homebuyers
- Grow your professional network while representing our energetic team
- Learn directly from top-performing agents who consistently close high-value deals
- Maintain availability during peak real estate hours, including evenings and weekends
Who We’re Looking For:
- Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and ready to start immediately
- Has reliable transportation and a solid knowledge of the Northern Virginia market
- Tech-savvy and quick to embrace new tools and platforms
- Motivated to learn from experienced, successful agents
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive
- Strong problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking mindset

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
