About the Role:
As one of the fastest expanding teams in Northern Virginia, we close over 50 deals each year and generate more than 10 million monthly views across our digital platforms. With the introduction of Zillow Flex, we’re excited to bring on a showing agent who can match our fast-paced growth.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct property tours for qualified buyers throughout Northern Virginia
- Establish yourself as a trusted and reliable agent for homebuyers
- Expand your personal network while representing our vibrant team
- Gain hands-on experience from top-performing agents who consistently close high-value transactions
- Be available during peak real estate hours, including evenings and weekends
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and ready to begin immediately
- Has dependable transportation and a strong understanding of the Northern Virginia market
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new tools
- Eager to learn from seasoned, successful agents
- Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
