Position Overview:
As one of the fastest-growing teams in Northern Virginia, we close over 50 transactions each year and attract upwards of 10 million monthly views across our digital platforms. With the introduction of Zillow Flex, we’re on the lookout for a showing agent ready to match our rapid expansion.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead qualified buyers on property tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Establish yourself as the dependable agent buyers trust when making purchase decisions
- Expand your personal network while representing our dynamic team
- Gain hands-on experience from top-performing agents who consistently close high-value deals
- Be available during evenings and weekends, the peak times for real estate activity
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and can start immediately
- Possesses reliable transportation and comprehensive knowledge of the Northern Virginia market
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools
- Eager to learn from seasoned, successful agents
- Highly ambitious with a strong drive to excel
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
