We Need a Showing Agent Who's Ready to DOMINATE Northern Virginia Real Estate

What you'll actually be doing:

• Running all over Northern Virginia showing houses to serious buyers
• Being the first person buyers think of when they're ready to move
• Building your own network while you show for our team
• Learning from agents who actually close deals, not ones who just talk about it
• Hustling nights and weekends because that's when deals happen

Who should apply:

• You have your Virginia license and you're not afraid to use it
• You've got reliable wheels and know Northern Virginia like the back of your hand
• You're tech-savvy and move fast
• You want to LEARN the business from people who are actually killing it
• You're hungry and tired of watching other people succeed
• You don't need your hand held - you figure things out

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
