Position Overview:
As one of the fastest-growing teams in Northern Virginia, we close over 50 deals annually and attract upwards of 10 million monthly views across our digital platforms. With the introduction of Zillow Flex, we’re eager to welcome a showing agent who thrives in a fast-paced setting and shares our enthusiasm for real estate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead qualified buyers on property tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Act as a trusted advisor during every step of the home-buying process
- Expand your professional network while representing a dynamic, high-achieving team
- Benefit from mentorship and practical training provided by top-producing agents
- Be available during peak market times, including evenings and weekends
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed Virginia real estate agent actively involved in the local market
- Reliable transportation and comprehensive knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new tools and platforms
- Eager to learn from seasoned, successful agents
- Ambitious, goal-driven, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
