Key Responsibilities:
- Lead property tours for qualified buyers across Northern Virginia
- Build trust as a reliable advisor throughout the home-buying journey
- Grow your professional network while representing a dynamic, successful team
- Receive mentorship and hands-on training from top-producing agents
- Maintain availability during peak market hours, including evenings and weekends
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed real estate agent in Virginia with an active market presence
- Dependable transportation and strong familiarity with Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Tech-savvy and quick to embrace new tools and platforms
- Motivated to learn from experienced, high-performing agents
- Ambitious, driven, and committed to success
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
