The Opportunity:
As one of Northern Virginia’s fastest-growing teams, we close over 50 transactions annually and attract more than 10 million monthly views across our platforms. With the launch of Zillow Flex, we’re looking for a showing agent who can keep up with our momentum.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide serious buyers through home tours across Northern Virginia
- Become the trusted agent buyers turn to when ready to make a move
- Build your personal network while representing our dynamic team
- Learn directly from top agents who consistently close deals, not just talk about them
- Commit to working evenings and weekends when deals truly happen
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Virginia real estate license and readiness to actively use it
- Reliable transportation and in-depth knowledge of the Northern Virginia area
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
- A strong desire to learn from high-performing agents
- A relentless drive and hunger for success
- Self-motivation and the ability to solve problems independently

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
