About the Position: As one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Northern Virginia, we close over 50 deals annually and attract upwards of 10 million monthly views across our digital platforms. With the introduction of Zillow Flex, we’re on the hunt for a showing agent who excels in a fast-moving, energetic environment and thrives as part of a collaborative, high-performance team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Escort serious buyers on property tours throughout Northern Virginia
  • Establish yourself as the trusted agent buyers rely on for their home purchases
  • Grow your professional network while representing our vibrant team
  • Learn directly from agents who consistently close deals, not just talk about them
  • Maintain availability during evenings and weekends when transactions often finalize

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and confidently applies it in practical situations
  • Has reliable transportation and comprehensive knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
  • Demonstrates strong technological proficiency and responds promptly to communications
  • Is eager to learn from top-performing agents
  • Possesses a competitive spirit and unwavering dedication to success
  • Works independently and proactively addresses challenges

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
