The Showing Assistant at The Grand Junction Group supports the team by coordinating and conducting property showings for prospective buyers. This role involves meeting clients at properties, providing a welcoming and informative experience during tours, and sharing feedback with the team to help move transactions forward. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and passionate about real estate, with strong communication skills and a desire to help clients find the right home. • Coordinate and attend property showings with prospective buyers
• Provide property details and answer basic questions during home tours
• Ensure homes are properly secured after showings (lock doors, turn off lights, etc.)
• Communicate client feedback and interest to the lead agent or team
• Assist in scheduling showings and managing showing calendars
• Support the team with open houses when needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for all clients
• Stay familiar with active listings, neighborhoods, and local market trends in the Grand Junction area
• Assist with light administrative or client support tasks as requested
