Coordinate and attend property showings with prospective buyers

Provide property details and answer basic questions during home tours

Ensure homes are properly secured after showings (lock doors, turn off lights, etc.)

Communicate client feedback and interest to the lead agent or team

Assist in scheduling showings and managing showing calendars

Support the team with open houses when needed

Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for all clients

Stay familiar with active listings, neighborhoods, and local market trends in the Grand Junction area

Assist with light administrative or client support tasks as requested

Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis
