In this role, you’ll work closely with buyers and support our lead agents by conducting property showings, nurturing client relationships, and helping buyers find their perfect home—without the pressure of lead generation, marketing, or transaction management.

This position is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people, are eager to learn, and want to grow their real estate career through practical, hands-on experience while earning income.

• Show homes to active buyer clients
• Schedule and confirm showings promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with clients and lead agents throughout the home search process
• Provide feedback and insight to lead agents from showings
• Learn to use PLACE systems, scripts, and client management tools
• Attend daily training and team meetings for ongoing development

• Active Maryland Real Estate License (or in process)
