Your Opportunity
A high-performing sales professional responsible for:
- Finding new real estate agent leads through outbound methods
- Nurturing inbound leads
- Onboarding new subscribers for early success and retention
- Supporting new subscribers for 90 day period until they move into client support
department
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily using provided lead sources and personal initiative (social, referrals,
online groups)
- Responding quickly to inbound, marketing generated leads
- Schedule and conduct discovery + product demo calls
- Nurturing leads over time using systematic follow-up plans
- Handle objections and close new subscriptions
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience post-close (MLS link, branding, area building,
team invites)
- Track all activities in CRM and maintain pipeline visibility
- Hit daily target of 2+ new paid accounts per day

Experience & Knowledge
Required:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record hitting KPIs and closing monthly targets
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Zoom, CRM, and online tools
Bonus/Nice-to-Have:
- Prior real estate industry experience (agent, coach, vendor)
- Familiarity with MLSs and real estate tools
- Experience selling to small business professionals (like agents, brokers,
- coaches)

Compensation
$65,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
