Responsibilities
- Coach & Train: Provide role-playing sessions, interactive workshops, and one-on-one mentorship to strengthen sales strategies, negotiation skills, and client interactions.
- Evaluate Performance: Assess each sales agent’s unique value proposition, identify areas for improvement, and implement tailored coaching plans.
- Lead with Accountability: Set clear job expectations, track key metrics, and hold team members accountable to performance goals.
- CRM Leadership: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring adoption and engagement to maximize client relationships and conversion rates.
- Motivate & Recognize: Celebrate top performers, reinforce positive behaviors, and use recognition as a tool to inspire excellence across the team.
- Manage Underperformance: Engage with struggling agents, implement performance improvement plans, and make tough decisions when progress is not achieved.
- Tech-Savvy: Quickly learn, master, and implement all company systems, platforms, and technology tools to drive efficiency and success.
Continuous Improvement: Implement processes to drive productivity, efficiency, and sales growth.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales and/or management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate both high and low performers
- Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and mentoring sales professionals
- Skilled in role-playing, sales strategy, and customer engagement techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Follow Up Boss experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage performance challenges with professionalism
- Real estate license required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
