As a Residential Agent on The FI Team, you'll provide expert advice, data-driven pricing strategies, and strong negotiation skills while delivering a seamless, personalized experience. You’ll work in a collaborative, tech-forward environment with proven systems, mentorship, and marketing support to grow your business faster and more efficiently.

Whether you're helping a first-time buyer, a relocating family, or a seller looking to maximize their return, your role is to be a knowledgeable, trusted advisor—and a key part of a mission-driven team that values freedom through real estate.

• Hold a valid real estate license or be on your way to getting one – let us know if you're in the course of becoming a licensed legend!
• Graduate from PLACE Launch (upon being hired) - a training program that gets you into real estate production quickly!
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

This is a commission based position.
