Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training and actively apply team systems for lead generation, client follow-up, and overall business growth.
- Consistently prospect to build and maintain a database of at least 200 contacts, converting interactions into scheduled appointments.
- Promptly and professionally respond to inbound leads, adhering to team communication and follow-up standards.
- Manage all contacts, tasks, and transactions accurately within the team CRM and technology platforms.
- Host a minimum of two open houses monthly to generate new business and enhance local market visibility.
- Guide buyers and sellers through agreements, pricing strategies, negotiations, and marketing efforts, demonstrating strong market knowledge and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license with at least one year of sales experience
- Full-time availability with no conflicting commitments
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service and clear client communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients effectively
- Willingness to follow proven systems and consistently use CRM tools
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
