• Prospect daily and follow up with warm leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and team sources
• Convert leads into active buyers and sellers through consultations and relationship-building
• Conduct home showings, listing presentations, and client appointments
• Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listing agreements with professionalism and care
• Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to track communication, tasks, and pipeline activity
• Host open houses to generate additional buyer and seller opportunities
• Attend team trainings, role plays, and accountability sessions to sharpen your skills and stay on track

• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
• Comfortable with prospecting and following up consistently
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss is a plus)
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Committed to delivering a high-quality, client-first experience

$85,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
