The partner consistently tracks their productivity and sales performance, participating in regular accountability sessions. They are proactive in lead generation, diligent in follow-up, and focused on mastering appointments, negotiation techniques, and role-playing exercises to boost confidence and results. Trustworthiness is essential, as this individual will handle confidential information related to associates, clients, and financial matters.

Understanding that success in real estate with Ursula & Associates means treating this position as a business within a business, the partner actively pursues opportunities to generate more leads, schedule more appointments, and create new possibilities daily to surpass their targets. This is a full-time career role designed to deliver outstanding outcomes through the support and resources provided by the team’s systems, models, and administrative staff.

• Lead generate for 15 hours a week
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities, meetings & trainings per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
