The Client Care Director is a dedicated professional who goes above and beyond to support clients, Realtor partners, team leadership, and community connections. This role thrives on independently managing and implementing various systems with minimal oversight. As the team’s achievements expand, the Client Care Director will have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities or increase the team’s closed business by performing duties swiftly, efficiently, and always prioritizing the client’s best interests.

Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events and WOW moments campaigns, onboarding systems for new agents, and referrals.

Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.

Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity Technology.

Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.

Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.

Develop onboarding and training systems.

Execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks pertaining to office management and administration, transaction coordination, listing management, event coordination, database oversight and vendor relations.

Be proficient and proactive about systems development, use of AI, technology, CRM, etc.

Be a friendly, welcoming presence at the front desk of the Rose Creek office.

Responsible for general administrative and support duties as required by all team members.

Responsible for assisting the CEO and Team Leader with administrative support.

2+ years’ operations experience

2+ years' of real estate sales or operations experience preferred, not required

This role requires taking full ownership of leads and implementing systematic approaches to maximize conversion rates. The partner consistently tracks their productivity and sales performance, participating in regular accountability sessions. They are proactive in lead generation, diligent in follow-up, and focused on mastering appointments, negotiation techniques, and role-playing exercises to boost confidence and results. Trustworthiness is essential, as this individual will handle confidential information related to associates, clients, and financial matters.

Lead generate for 15 hours a week
