J Elkon Realty is seeking a motivated and personable Showing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Toms River, USA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our real estate agents, providing exceptional support by coordinating and conducting property showings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for real estate. If you enjoy engaging with clients and helping them find their perfect home, this position is a great fit for you. Join us at our office located at 2119 Whitesville Rd ste 12 and be a key player in delivering outstanding client experiences. (This is a commission based position)

• Graduate from our Agent Launch Training Program
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
• Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions, and weekly trainings.
• Track tasks and activities in our CRM Technology
