What You’ll Do:
- Guide buyers through the home buying process
- Show homes and host open houses
- Write and negotiate purchase offers
- Generate leads and follow up consistently
- Convert seller leads into listing appointments
- Manage clients from consultation to closing
- Stay organized using CRM systems and team tools
- Attend coaching, training, and accountability sessions

Qualifications
We’re looking for a motivated, growth-minded real estate professional ready to build a successful and consistent business with the support of Team Tringali.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active NH and MA real estate license, or currently pursuing licensure
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Real estate or sales experience preferred (2+ years is a plus, but newly licensed agents are welcome)
- Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
- Coachable and eager to learn proven systems and scripts
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Compensation
$76,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
