We’re growing Realize Charlotte — a real estate + lifestyle media brand that’s quickly becoming a go-to source for what it’s like to live in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding metro areas. Alongside it, we’re expanding the Jay White Group brand through high-quality content that builds trust, showcases homes and neighborhoods, and turns attention into real opportunities.

We’re building social media channels that blend:

• Home tours
• Neighborhood spotlights
• Client success stories
• Market updates
• Lifestyle content
  …all with a strong, authentic personal brand behind it.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and ambitious videographer/editor to help bring this vision to life. This is a great role for someone who wants more than “just editing”—someone who wants to help build a brand, grow with a team, and create content that people actually look forward to watching.

• Collaborate on visual style, pacing, and storylines - your creative input is welcome and encouraged
• Organize and upload content to shared folders in a clean, consistent manner
• Edit 4 longform Youtube videos per month (8-10 minutes each)
• Create 25-35 vertical clips per month for Instagram Reels, Tiktok and Youtube Shorts

• Strong video editor 
• Comfortable filming in a variety of environments (residential, neighborhoods, city streets, indoors/outdoors)
• Experience with lifestyle, real estate, and Youtube content creation is a big plus
• Knowledge of real estate trends or creators is a bonus, but not required
• Local to the Charlotte NC area and available on some weekends

$70,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
