Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and ambitious videographer/editor to help bring this vision to life. This is a great role for someone who wants more than “just editing”—someone who wants to help build a brand, grow with a team, and create content that people actually look forward to watching.

Collaborate on visual style, pacing, and storylines - your creative input is welcome and encouraged

Organize and upload content to shared folders in a clean, consistent manner

Edit 4 longform Youtube videos per month (8-10 minutes each)

Create 25-35 vertical clips per month for Instagram Reels, Tiktok and Youtube Shorts

Strong video editor 

Comfortable filming in a variety of environments (residential, neighborhoods, city streets, indoors/outdoors)

Experience with lifestyle, real estate, and Youtube content creation is a big plus

Knowledge of real estate trends or creators is a bonus, but not required

Local to the Charlotte NC area and available on some weekends
