Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding serious buyers through home tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Becoming the trusted agent buyers turn to when ready to make a purchase
- Expanding your personal network while representing our dynamic team
- Learning directly from high-performing agents who consistently close deals
- Committing to the hustle during evenings and weekends when deals often finalize
We’re looking for candidates who possess:
- A valid Virginia real estate license and the confidence to actively use it
- Dependable transportation and deep familiarity with Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Strong technological proficiency and the ability to act swiftly
- A sincere eagerness to learn from top-tier agents
- A relentless drive to succeed and a competitive spirit
- The ability to work independently and solve challenges without constant supervision

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience

Compensation
$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
