Primary Duties:

  • Leading committed buyers on property tours across Northern Virginia
  • Building trust and becoming the reliable agent clients count on for their home purchases
  • Growing your professional network while representing a successful and expanding team
  • Gaining hands-on experience from top-producing agents who consistently close transactions
  • Managing a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demands

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and is confident engaging actively in the market
  • Has reliable transportation and comprehensive knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently
  • Eager to learn from seasoned industry professionals
  • Possesses a competitive drive paired with relentless ambition
  • Capable of working independently and proactively addressing challenges

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded

  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
