We’re gearing up to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a cutting-edge office space, and leverage one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, reaching over 10 million people monthly across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • đź—‚ Deliver comprehensive administrative support to agents, ensuring smooth transaction processes
  • đź“… Coordinate showings, appointments, and manage listing schedules
  • 🏡 Manage MLS listings, oversee property marketing efforts, and handle transaction documentation
  • 📞 Facilitate clear communication among clients, vendors, and team members
  • 🔎 Assist with marketing initiatives and boost our digital presence

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded

  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
