• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in Lake Havasu City and surrounding areas.
• Prepare and present property listings by creating compelling marketing materials and utilizing various platforms to reach potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are met.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing clients with detailed information and insights about each property.
• Maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Arizona.
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Lake Havasu City.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in real estate software and technology tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
