• Learn the PLACE System:
  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program, gaining foundational knowledge of our real estate processes and tools.
• Assist Sales Partners with Showings:
  • Work closely with our Sales Partners to schedule and conduct property showings, providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Guide clients through homes, highlighting key features and answering initial questions.
• Provide Valuable Feedback:
  • Collect and provide detailed, written feedback from clients to Sales Partners, helping to refine their property search.
  • This feedback will help the client find the perfect home.
• Learn the Offer Process:
  • Assist Sales Partners with the preparation and delivery of offers, gaining experience in the negotiation process.
  • This is a learning oppertunity, not a primary job duty.
• Develop Lead Generation Skills:
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to learning and practicing lead generation techniques, building your foundation for future real estate success.
• Enhance Communication Skills:
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions to improve your communication and presentation skills, following team standards.
• Contribute to Team Success:
  • Actively participate in team activities, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Commit to Professional Growth:
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls to expand your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Utilize PLACE Technology:
  • Learn to use PLACE Technology to monitor and record your tasks and activities, ensuring efficient workflow.

• Holds a Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Reliable Transportation:
• • This is required for driving to showings.
• Holds or is Willing to Obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate License:
• • While not required to apply, a Wisconsin Real Estate License is necessary to join the team. We can assist you in obtaining your license.

$50,000 - $99,000 USD Yearly
