• Prospect daily through our automated lead generation system
• Conduct 15+ buyer consultations monthly
• Close 2-4 transactions monthly by Month 6
• Master our sales scripts and objection handling techniques
• Negotiate aggressively on behalf of clients
• Maintain 90%+ CRM accuracy for all client interactions

• 2+ years in commission-only sales (real estate preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Competitive nature with strong closing skills
• Available for evening/weekend client meetings
