As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you’ll help buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process. Your focus will be building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals.

This role is perfect for motivated agents who want to grow their business, increase their earnings, and build a long-term career in real estate with the right support behind them.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Follow up with leads and build your client pipeline
  • Show homes and host property tours
  • List properties and help market homes
  • Prepare offers and negotiate contracts
  • Guide clients from consultation to closing
  • Stay organized using CRM systems and team tools
  • Attend training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Collaborative and values accountability
  • Active New Hampshire Real Estate License (Required)
    You must have an active New Hampshire real estate license or be currently working toward getting licensed.
  • Sales or Real Estate Experience Preferred
    Experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but newly licensed agents are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
    You enjoy connecting with people, building trust, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process.
  • Sales-Driven and Self-Motivated
    You’re goal-oriented, motivated to succeed, and willing to put in consistent effort to grow your business.
  • Coachable, Organized, and Team-Oriented
    You’re open to learning proven systems and strategies, can manage your time well, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

$76,000 - $149,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
