At eXp Realty, the Chris Colgan Team is rapidly expanding, powered by Zillow Flex and drawing over 10 million social media views each month. We’re looking for a Showing Assistant ready to work hard, learn quickly, and excel in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct home showings for pre-qualified buyers (appointments provided)
• Learn directly from top producers closing 50+ transactions annually
• Handle daily client communications with professionalism and promptness
• Engage in daily team meetings, apply proven scripts, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Complete field tasks while enhancing your skills, efficiency, and confidence

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
• Passionate about real estate, personal development, and continuous learning
• Energetic, client-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
• Coachable, dependable, and fully committed to a full-time real estate career
• Driven to build a career that goes beyond just earning a paycheck

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
