Job Description: Real Estate Agent Partner (Commission-Based)

Who We're Looking For

We're a top-producing real estate agent looking to partner with a licensed, hardworking agent or admin who thrives behind the scenes. If you love getting deals done but don't want the pressure of lead generation and cold prospecting — this role was built for you.

The Opportunity

You'll partner directly on deals that are already signed and in motion. Once a listing is secured, you take ownership of everything that follows — coordination, communication, paperwork, follow-ups, and anything needed to push the deal to close. You'll also have the freedom to work your own deals simultaneously as part of our real estate team.

What You'll Do

Once a deal is signed, you manage it end-to-end: listing MLS entry, lockbox installation, property coordination check, client communication throughout the process, scheduling, documentation, vendor management, and anything else it takes to get to the closing table.

What You Won't Have to Do

Cold calling. Door knocking. Lead generation. That part is handled.

Ideal Candidate

You're a licensed agent or admin who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and genuinely loves doing the work. You may be more introverted or operations-minded, but you're dependable and take ownership. You don't need to be the salesperson — just the implementer.

Compensation

Commission-based. You earn when each deal closes — no fixed salary and no ceiling. Pay is split from each transaction, so there's no overhead risk on either side. Expected commission income is $75,000 to $150,000 depending on deal volume.

This is not a showing assistant role. This is a true deal partnership with a top local agent with 22 years of experience.
