Responsibilities
- Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative, operational, and visibility needs of our growing team. This role is the operational backbone of the business—responsible for onboarding new team members, tracking activities and results, supporting financial reporting, coordinating events, and managing the team’s social media presence to ensure consistent, professional visibility.
The ideal candidate is systems-driven, organized, and comfortable managing both operational details and structured content execution.
Key Responsibilities:Team Administration & Operations
- Serve as the primary administrative support for the team
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal communications
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Support leadership with documentation, reports, and follow-ups
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding for new team members (paperwork, system access, tools, training schedules)
- Ensure a smooth, professional onboarding experience
- Maintain onboarding checklists and SOPs
- Assist with offboarding processes when needed
Tracking, Reporting & Performance
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly team activities and KPIs
- Book and record appointments, meetings, and production results
- Prepare performance dashboards and accountability reports
- Maintain goal tracking and progress updates
Financial & P&L Support
- Track expenses, revenue, and budgets
- Assist with monthly and quarterly P&L reporting
- Coordinate with bookkeepers and accounting partners
- Maintain accurate financial documentation
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate team meetings, trainings, and workshops
- Support recruiting events, client appreciation events, and internal celebrations
- Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure events align with brand standards and team culture
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Implement pre-approved content calendars and campaigns
- Collect content from team members (photos, videos, testimonials)
- Track posting consistency, engagement, and basic performance metrics
- Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual standards are followed
- Coordinate with leadership on promotions, events, and announcements

Required Background:
- Requires a prior work history that demonstrates the ability to plug into and improve existing systems and provide an enthusiastic level of support to a team
- A minimum of 1+ years experience in a real estate operations/administrative role required.
- A valid Washington real estate license is preferred. If unlicensed, will be required to obtain a license within 90 days of hire.
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
