Serving buyers well requires both logistical expertise and genuine trust—especially when military families are working against a PCS timeline.
We are a high-producing team of military spouses and veterans helping families purchase homes near Randolph AFB, including in Schertz, Cibolo, and Universal City. We’re seeking a licensed buyer’s agent who prioritizes service over the sale.
In this role, you will:
- Consult with prospective buyers and establish signed buyer agreements
- Help clients identify homes that fit their needs
- Prepare and negotiate offers designed to protect their interests
- Guide military families through the purchase process with care and confidence
Our dedicated support team handles much of the administrative work that can slow buyer’s agents down, allowing you to focus on clients and relationships.

Responsibilities
Shadowing/Training - You'll train, role-play and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
Lead Generation - You'll take the opportunity to execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset.
Open Houses - Combine your warm and inviting personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings.
Communication - Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments.
Script Training - You'll join in weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills.
Teamwork - You'll participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
Coaching/Training - To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging trainings, and Partner Calls where you can share your insights and learn from others.
Consultation - Using proven systems and technology, you'll work directly with our buyers to guide them through the home buying process with expert care and confidence.
Home Selection - You'll identify homes that meet your clients' needs, and secure signed buyer agreements, securing them find their perfect place to call home.
Negotiation - leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients goals.
Done For You - take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction.
Technology - benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your and your family's goals all while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.
Qualifications
To be an amazing fit, YOU will want to be an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a heart for the military community. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$52,000 - $115,200 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
