• Follow up with and convert company-provided buyer leads

• Schedule and conduct property showings and consultations

• Prepare and present offers and negotiate on behalf of buyers

• Guide clients through the inspection, financing, and closing process

• Maintain detailed client records and follow-up sequences in the team CRM

• Communicate proactively with clients, lenders, and title companies throughout the transaction

• Active real estate license (required)

• People-first mindset with strong communication skills

• Driven, coachable, and eager to grow

• Comfortable working leads through a structured follow-up process

• CRM experience is a plus but not required

• Newly licensed agents encouraged to apply
