Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training and apply team systems for lead generation, client follow-up, and business growth
- Prospect daily to maintain and expand a database of at least 200 contacts, converting leads into appointments
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads, adhering to team communication standards
- Track all contacts, tasks, and transactions accurately using the team CRM and technology tools
- Conduct at least two open houses monthly to generate new business and enhance local market presence
- Guide buyers and sellers through agreements, pricing strategies, negotiations, and transaction processes with strong market knowledge and professionalism
Qualifications
- Fully licensed real estate professional
- Available to work full-time with no conflicting commitments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Organized, coachable, and open to following proven systems
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
