Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You’re a self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge and a passion for helping people. You excel at building relationships, understanding client needs, and offering smart, effective solutions. Prospecting and lead conversion are your strengths, and handling objections is second nature. You're a strong communicator, service-oriented, and thrive in a high-energy, team-driven environment.

Compensation
$50,000 - $99,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
