• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Winchester area.
• Manage Zillow Flex appointments efficiently to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to clients.

• Valid real estate license in the state of Virginia
