- Leading committed buyers on home tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Establishing yourself as the go-to agent buyers trust when making purchasing decisions
- Growing your personal network while representing our energetic and successful team
- Gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from top-producing agents who consistently close deals
- Embracing a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to capitalize on deal opportunities
Ideal candidates will have:
- A valid Virginia real estate license and the confidence to actively leverage it
- Reliable transportation and an in-depth understanding of the Northern Virginia market
- Strong tech skills and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently
- A genuine desire to learn from high-performing agents
- A competitive mindset paired with relentless determination to succeed
- The capability to work autonomously and tackle challenges independently

- Make 10+ Real Estate Conversations Per Day
This is the foundation of consistent pipeline growth. Talking to new people daily builds momentum, drives appointments, and creates opportunity. - Respond to Zillow Flex Leads Immediately
Speed to lead = deals closed. You must be ready to jump on new connections within minutes — not hours — to maximize conversions. - Attend Daily Huddles & Weekly Training Calls
Top performers show up. These meetings are short, tactical, and designed to sharpen your skills and keep you accountable. - Follow Up Relentlessly with Your Database
Most deals come from follow-up. Using systems like Brivity and CRM workflows is non-negotiable — your future income depends on it. - Track and Report Daily Metrics
What gets measured gets improved. You'll log conversations, appointments, and pendings so you can spot what’s working and scale it. - Hold 2+ Open Houses Per Month
Open houses are one of our best local lead sources. You’ll be expected to take ownership of this opportunity to build your pipeline. - Act Like a Leader in Culture and Conduct
Whether you're new or experienced, others are watching. We expect you to lead by example — mindset, effort, and collaboration.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
This is a must — no exceptions. If you're not licensed yet but ready to commit 100%, we’ll guide you through the process. - Proven Track Record of Sales (12+ Homes/Year Preferred)
We’re looking for producers. But if you're newer and obsessed with growth, coachable, and willing to outwork the competition, we want to talk. - Strong Phone Skills & Follow-Up Game
Zillow Flex requires fast, confident communication. You must be comfortable on the phone and ready to make 10+ conversations a day. - CRM Experience (Brivity, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
You should be organized and tech-comfortable. We’ll train you, but you need to commit to working the systems — because they work. - Open to Coaching, Feedback & Daily Accountability
We grow fast because we coach hard. If you don’t like structure or feedback, this isn’t the place for you. - Mindset of Ownership, Not Entitlement
You show up with solutions, not complaints. You believe your results are your responsibility.
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
