Building a steady pipeline begins with daily outreach. Engaging new prospects regularly fuels momentum, secures appointments, and uncovers fresh opportunities. - Respond Immediately to Zillow Flex Leads
Timeliness is crucial. Acting within minutes—not hours—on incoming leads greatly improves your chances of closing deals. - Attend Daily Huddles and Weekly Training Sessions
Top agents commit to these concise, focused meetings designed to sharpen skills and maintain accountability. - Consistently Follow Up with Your Database
Most deals close through persistent follow-up. Leveraging tools like Brivity and CRM workflows is vital—your future income depends on it. - Track and Report Daily Performance Metrics
Monitoring conversations, appointments, and pending deals helps identify winning strategies to replicate and expand. - Host at Least 2 Open Houses Monthly
Open houses are a key source of local leads. Taking ownership of this responsibility is essential for growing your pipeline. - Demonstrate Leadership in Culture and Conduct
Whether you’re new or experienced, you set the example. We expect you to lead through your mindset, effort, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (Non-Negotiable)
No exceptions. If you’re not licensed yet but fully committed, we’ll support you through the licensing process. - Proven Sales Track Record (12+ Homes Annually Preferred)
We seek high performers. However, if you’re newer but motivated, coachable, and ready to outwork the competition, we want to hear from you. - Strong Phone Skills & Follow-Up Discipline
Zillow Flex requires quick, confident communication. Comfort with making 10+ calls daily is essential. - Experience with CRM Systems (Brivity, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
Being organized and tech-savvy is important. Training is provided, but consistent use of these systems is required. - Open to Coaching, Feedback & Daily Accountability
Our rapid growth is fueled by strong coaching. If you prefer minimal structure or feedback, this role may not be a fit. - Ownership Mentality Over Entitlement
You tackle challenges with solutions, not complaints, and take full responsibility for your results.
Compensation
$175,000 - $220,000 USD Annually
This is a commission-based position.

Most deals come from follow-up. Using systems like Brivity and CRM workflows is non-negotiable — your future income depends on it. - Track and Report Daily Metrics
What gets measured gets improved. You'll log conversations, appointments, and pendings so you can spot what’s working and scale it. - Hold 2+ Open Houses Per Month
Open houses are one of our best local lead sources. You’ll be expected to take ownership of this opportunity to build your pipeline. - Act Like a Leader in Culture and Conduct
