Job Description
Become a vital part of a top real estate firm located in the Bothell/Woodinville region. We are looking for a driven and dedicated real estate professional who is eager to grow, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is passionate about progressing their career within the real estate sector. A valid, up-to-date real estate license is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from KW Bothell New Agent Launch or Existing Agent Launch
- Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
