Responsibilities

Real Estate Agent Job Responsibilities

Real Estate Professional Development:

  • Complete real estate training programs (PLACE Launch)
  • Participate in real estate coaching and script practice
  • Use real estate CRM technology for client management
  • Engage in real estate team collaboration and growth activities

Iredell County Real Estate Market Development:

  • Execute lead generation for Iredell County and surrounding area real estate market.
  • Host open houses monthly across Iredell County real estate markets
  • Build referral networks in North Carolina real estate community

Real Estate Client Services:

  • Conduct buyer consultations for home buyers
  • List and market homes in Statesville, Mooresville, Huntersville and surrounding areas
  • Negotiate real estate contracts with local market expertise
  • Provide pricing strategies for North Carolina real estate market

Qualifications

Real Estate Agent Requirements - North Carolina Seeking licensed North Carolina real estate agent. Ideal candidates excel at communication, client relationships, and are committed to real estate professional development. Iredell County market knowledge preferred but not required - we provide comprehensive real estate market training.

Compensation

$60,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
