Responsibilities
- Guide buyers through showings and support them in finding the right home
- Provide detailed feedback after showings to help refine search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients and sales agents
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours/week using team systems
- Participate in weekly script practice and team trainings per standards
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and Partner Calls
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology for full pipeline visibility
- Engage fully in team culture and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- People-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, coachable, and solutions-driven — you bring a great attitude to every interaction
- Comfortable being on the go and spending significant time in your car
- Able to understand client needs and match them with the right homes
- Growth-minded and eager to learn in a high-performance environment
- Ambitious, accountable, and goal-driven — you don’t settle for average
- A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate professional
- A high school graduate with strong time management and follow-through
Compensation
$87,000 - $124,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
