Responsibilities

  • Guide buyers through showings and support them in finding the right home
  • Provide detailed feedback after showings to help refine search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients and sales agents
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours/week using team systems
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team trainings per standards
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and Partner Calls
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology for full pipeline visibility
  • Engage fully in team culture and growth opportunities

  • A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate professional
  • A high school graduate with strong time management and follow-through

Compensation

$87,000 - $124,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
