Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend Coaching & Training – Show up consistently to team meetings, coaching sessions, and skill-building workshops to sharpen your knowledge and grow your business.
- Engage in Daily Role Play – Participate in regular script practice and objection handling to improve confidence and lead conversion.
- Follow Up & Convert Leads – Promptly engage and nurture assigned leads (including Zillow Flex) through calls, texts, emails, and CRM tracking.
- Host Open Houses – Prepare for and host open houses to generate buyer interest, gain neighborhood exposure, and capture new leads.
- Prospect for New Business – Actively reach out to your sphere, past clients, and local community to build pipeline opportunities.
- Show Homes & Conduct Consultations – Schedule and attend buyer showings, seller listing appointments, and deliver top-notch service and expertise.
- Maintain CRM & Pipeline – Keep your database organized, updated, and consistent with follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Collaborate with the Team – Communicate with support staff, leadership, and fellow agents to ensure smooth transactions and a strong team dynamic.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license or working towards it.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
$75,000 - $140,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
