We have a super-dialed 86-day launch program that teaches you everything you need to know to be a successful agent in today's market. The average new agent closes 1-3 transactions during this time, and a seasoned agent can close over 9.

  • Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!

Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's consultation.

  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!

  • Conduct two open houses monthly

Host 2-3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this including a certification course

  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call


You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator. You have a desire to grow both personally & professionally. You want to give back to your community & make an impact.

$50,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
