Your Opportunity
You Just Passed the Exam. Now What?
Most new agents join a brokerage that hands them a CRM login and says "good luck." Six months later, they're broke, burned out, and wondering if they made a mistake.
Here's the truth: Real estate isn't hard because of the job itself. It's hard because most brokerages expect you to build a business from scratch with zero infrastructure and limited training.
You don't have to do it that way.
What It Looks Like to Start With Infrastructure:
We're a PLACE-powered team backed by institutional systems. We've invested over $100K annually in YouTube lead generation to provide you with quality buyer and seller leads. We don't buy low-commission leads from Zillow or other lead vendors. While other new agents are figuring out "where do leads come from," you'll be learning how to convert the leads we provide.
What You Get From Day One:
- Qualified Leads: Buyer and seller leads from YouTube, SEO funnels, and Boston Street Pulse media (you're not cold-calling or buying leads)
- Full Training Program: 30/60/90-day structured onboarding, but we don't stop there. Year-round hands-on coaching using challenger sales methodology throughout your entire first year
- Support Team: Administrative, marketing, and transaction coordination handled by dedicated staff
- Proven Tools: Brivity CRM, scripts, listing presentations, content frameworks, everything you need to operate professionally
- Progressive Training: First few months: master lead generation. Next level: consultative sales and client education. Next level: offer strategy. Next level: efficient property showings without running around endlessly
- Clear Expectations: We expect first-year agents to close 19-24 deals. Once you reach $125K+ in net income for the year, we provide health insurance and cover most of the cost.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert leads (both inbound and outbound)
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations using our frameworks
- Negotiate contracts
- Attend all training sessions and team meetings
- Follow daily prospecting standards
- Deliver Four Seasons-level client service
Qualifications
Required:
- Just received your Massachusetts real estate license (must be licensed, we don't help people get licensed)
- Bachelor's degree OR professional work experience in any field
- Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
- Coachable and ready to follow proven systems instead of "figuring it out"
- Understand this is a consultative sales role (you'll educate and challenge clients, not just agree with them)
This Isn't Right If You:
- Think you'll learn real estate and then "do your own thing"
- Want complete independence without structure or accountability
- Are treating this as part-time or supplemental income
- Don't have your Massachusetts real estate license yet
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
