The Chris Colgan Team is expanding across the Washington, DC metro area, and I’m looking for ambitious, disciplined real estate professionals who want a clear path to $144,000+ in annual income by operating at a higher level.
This is not a traditional agent role. This is a performance-driven opportunity for agents who want leverage, structure, and leadership in one of the most sophisticated real estate markets in the U.S.
You’ll work within a fast-paced, high-expectation environment that mirrors the energy of DC itself — informed clients, meaningful price points, and transactions that demand skill, strategy, and professionalism. I provide the systems, brand, and support so you can focus on execution and growth.
Whether you’re already active in DC, — or you’re ready to step into a more serious metro-level operation — this role is built to scale your production and your income.

Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Use PLACE lead generation systems every week
- Chat with buyers, get buyer agreements signed, and help find the right homes
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
- Join in on weekly script practice with the team
- Take part in team activities as expected
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls
- Work with sellers to get listings and market their homes
- Show your know-how in pricing, staging, and other listing services
Qualifications
You are a self-driven, competitive sales professional who thrives in high-expectation environments. You build trust quickly, listen with intention, and consistently match clients with the right solutions. Prospecting and lead generation aren’t tasks you avoid — they’re strengths you’ve mastered. Objections don’t slow you down; you handle them with confidence and clarity.
You communicate at a high level, take pride in your professionalism, and operate with a service-first mindset. You understand that success in the Washington, DC metro market requires discipline, consistency, and execution.
What You Bring to the Table
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Active real estate license
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Growth-minded, coachable, and learning-focused
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn and execute proven scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management and follow-through
Compensation
$144,000 - $144,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
