What You’ll Actually Do
• Connect with new buyers and sellers using our lead generation tools
• Host consultations that help clients make confident decisions
• Show homes, write offers, and negotiate deals that stick
• Track progress in our CRM for full visibility and accountability
• Hold at least two open houses per month
• Participate in weekly coaching and script practice
• Support your teammates and celebrate shared wins
• Advise clients on pricing, staging, and listing strategies
• Continue leveling up through training and personal development

What We’re Looking For
• Licensed in Utah
• Self-motivated and competitive, but team-oriented
• Coachable, curious, and passionate about growth
• Focused on building a real business, not chasing one-off closings
• Ready to increase income while keeping a balance

Compensation
Commission-based with real earning potential. Our systems, support, and leads are designed to help you close more transactions and grow a sustainable business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

• Prospect and build relationships with new buyers and sellers using proven lead systems
• Convert incoming leads into active clients through consistent follow-up and communication
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand goals, motivation, and timeline
• Show properties, write offers, and negotiate contracts that protect client interests
• Advise clients on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies to help homes sell quickly and profitably
• Host two open houses per month to generate new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and updates in our CRM for clear visibility
• Participate in weekly coaching and team training sessions to sharpen your skills

• Self-motivated sales professional with a drive to grow
• Skilled at building relationships and understanding client goals
• Proficient in prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
• Confident negotiator who can handle objections with ease
• Licensed real estate agent in the state of Utah
• Closed at least 3 transactions in the past year
• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with solid time management
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Eager to learn, improve, and contribute to team success

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
