Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch program.
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Advise and consult with buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and identify suitable properties.
  • Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
  • Consistently record and manage tasks and activities within PLACE Technology.
  • Host a minimum of two open houses per month.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments.
  • Engage in weekly script practice in alignment with team standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, events, and initiatives as outlined by team standards.
  • Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, ongoing trainings, and the Partner Call.
  • Consult with sellers, secure listing agreements, and oversee the marketing of their homes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategies, staging recommendations, and all listing-related services.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive drive and a strong commitment to service. You excel at building rapport, actively listening to the needs of others, and identifying effective solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are core strengths, and you navigate objections with confidence and ease. You are an articulate communicator who consistently prioritizes client relationships.

Compensation

$60,000 - $119,999 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
