You may think real estate is about looking at pretty homes. That is the fun part you see on HGTV. Real estate is really about two jobs – half of your day will be spent contacting prospects primarily by phone and seeing if we can help them. Yes, the job is finding a client. Then the other half of the job is servicing the client – by cultivating the relationship, understanding their needs and wants, having them sign up to work with our team exclusively and then showing them homes until they find the right one.

This is not a quick “I will make some money and try it”. You should be prepared to think of this as an apprenticeship where you learn about sales (which in our world is really customer service). As you evolve after a minimum of two years, we will look at a career path that has you graduating to a full Buyer’s Agent. Spoiler Alert: that job is two jobs too: prospecting for clients and then taking care of their real estate needs.

Graduate from our New Agent Launch

We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this time.

Lead generate a minimum of 15 hours a week

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!

Conduct three open houses monthly

Host 3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this.

Work with a lead sales agent to help buyers find the perfect home

Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game and master the back-end of the industry while you earn money as a Showing Agent.

Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the lead agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!

Write all the key parameters for an offer handoff to our lead negotiator who will write the offer on behalf of the client

Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!

Participate in team activities per team standards

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up and work. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking aand open houses. You get to do all this with us!

Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching Session, Training and Partner Call

We treat this job like a career and not a hobby. We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do.

You may be wondering why we are hiring… well the truth is I always was worried about growing my team for a fear of not having enough business for my team members. Well, after consolidating our systems and seeing just how many past clients, current prospects, and trusted vendors we have in our world (over 38,000 total people in our database) I have quickly realized that I don’t have a “lack of business” problem. I truly have a “lack of team members” problem – we do not have enough team members to service our database and we are activiely hiring to fix that!

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day! 20 contacts a day are a given, 50 contacts a day are more the norm, and once a month we do 1,000 dial days (not a typo!). You will prospect and we come from contribution so it is a fun conversation that uncovers possibilities.
