• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and community contacts
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal and company standards
• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely closings

• Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Port St. Joe and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
